Arbour Hill 2023 – led by first female conductor

The band performed at the Annual Easter Rising Commemoration at Arbour Hill, Dublin. Playing at both the commemorative mass and leading the colour guard procession.

It was a historic day for the St. James’s Brass and Reed Band as it was the first time the band was led by a female conductor for an official gig and march.

The band was led by fellow band member Eva O’Toole. Eva has been a member of the band since 1997, playing clarinet.
